Fee Schedule
Subdivisions
$400.00
Standard fee for review of the preliminary, final and construction
plans by the Drain Commissioner is to be paid upon submission of
preliminary plat. If a subdivision is to be developed in phases, the fee
is for each phase. If a consulting engineer is required to review the
plat and construction plan, that cost will be paid by the
Owner/Developer within 30 days upon receipt of consulting engineer
invoice. Failure to pay engineers fee will result in the final plat not
being approved.
Commercial Developments, Land Divisions, Condominiums,
Manufactured (Mobile) Homes
$400.00
Since one review of the plan is required, review fee plus cost of
consulting engineer, if required, will be paid prior to issuance of
review letter.
Residential Property
$50.00
Review fee to accompany request by municipality then on-site
inspection will be performed and recommendation letter issued.
Amendments
For the purpose of providing for the public health, convenience or
general welfare, the Calhoun County Drain Commissioner may from time to
time amend the provisions and fee schedule imposed within these rules,
regulations and procedures. Notice of all proposed amendments shall be
provided by the Calhoun County Drain Commissioner to the County Board of
Commissioners.
