Am I Eligible?
WIC services are available to:
- Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or who
recently had a baby.
- Infants from birth to 1 year of age.
- Children from 1 year of age to their 5th birthday
(child must be less than age 5).

Mothers can stay on WIC for one year after the baby is born if she is
breastfeeding.

- Identification for self and child(ren)
- Proof of household income (all sources including pay
stubs, child support, disability, foster care stipends, etc.)
- Proof of Michigan residency

Note: Women and children can qualify for WIC regardless
