Vending Inspections/Licensing
The purpose of this program is to assure the sanitation of
potentially hazardous foods provided through mechanical vending
machines. This program provides education to vending operators and
enforces federal, state, and local regulations to protect public health.
Vending Program Fees
| Company fee – |
A one time per year fee assessed to
each vending company - $52/company. |

| Location fee – |
A fee assessed to each location where
licensed machines are operated -$13/vending location. |
| |
|
| Machine fee – |
A fee assessed for the operation of
each vending machine providing potentially hazardous foods - $5/per
machine. |
Each year vending company operators are contacted to schedule
inspections of vending machines and commissaries.
