Public Auction

Properties that are foreclosed upon each year (March 31st) are scheduled to be sold at public action by a certified auction company. The Calhoun County Treasurer's office conducts the tax foreclosure auction under the provisions of Public Act 123 of 1999 and the General Property Tax law.
