Public Auction

Properties that are foreclosed upon each year (March 31st) due to delinquent taxes, may be sold at Public Action by a certified auction company. The Office of the Calhoun County Treasurer conducts the property tax foreclosure auction, under the provisions of Public Act 123 of 1999 and the General Property Tax Law.

The auction catalogue detailing the auction terms, F.A.Q., and parcels available are published online in August. The first auction is typically held in September of the foreclosure year. As information for the public auction becomes available (August) it will be posted on this site.
