Veterans Affairs Committee meeting convened by Veterans Committee Chairman Phil Savage at 9:00 A.M.

Pledge of Allegiance–Moment of Silence.

None

Reading of the March Committee meeting Minutes and March Activity Report:

March Veterans Affairs Committee meeting Minutes were read and accepted.
March Veterans Affairs Activity Report was read and accepted.

Applications for General Assistance from the Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Relief Fund:

04-06	Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Relief Application for mortgage payment–$4,545.92
	Approved for mortgage payment–$1,990.00

Old Business:

Chairman Savage instructed the Director to contact the Board of Commissioners liaison to either advertise for an additional committee member or inquire as to the possibility for recruiting an additional member without advertising. The Director stated that he would follow up.

New Business:

None

Meeting adjourned at 10:30 A.M.
