|Job Title||19 Fiscal Support Specialist/Billing Specialist|
|Job Summary||Under the general direction of the Fiscal Manager provides supporting services for Health Department administration including medical billing, accounts receivable and payable, various grant accounting, bank deposits, budget adjustments and journal entries, invoicing services, and receipt of revenues|
|Starting Wage||$18.20 per hour|
|Minimum Requirements||Knowledge normally acquired through the completion of specialized training in medical billing practices/principles and three to five years related experience. Computer skills necessary to effectively utilize word processing, accounting, and spreadsheet software systems.|
|Bargaining Unit||IUOE: Employees hired into this position must participate in the MERS Defined Benefit Pension Plan with a current employee contribution rate of 8.5%. |
