TO SUBMIT A BID / PROPOSAL
Vendors who will be submitting a bid/proposal to the County must follow these 2 steps:
- Register as a vendor with the County by means of this link: http://www.calhouncountymi.gov/vendors/registration/. If you are already registered, take a moment to review your information and update as needed.
- Register your intent to bid with Purchasing by means of this link: lobrig@calhouncountymi.gov. Include the RFP/RFB# of the project you will be bidding and the name of your company. This will notify the Purchasing Office of your intent to bid and in turn, Purchasing will inform you of any addenda or changes in the bid document for the specific project registered. Should you elect not to submit a bid after registering your intent, simply notify the County by means of the above link that you will not be bidding.
If you do not register your intent to bid, you will not be notified of addenda or changes to the bid document.
Instructions for Downloading Documents:
All above documents are available for downloading in PDF format.
- Click on the link under BID # to view the selected Bid document using Adobe Reader.
- Print the downloaded Bid document.
- Complete the Bid document by following the instructions included in the RFP.
Vendors without internet access may obtain bid documents by contacting Purchasing at (269) 781-0981.
