Welcome to HR On-Line, the Calhoun County Human Resources internet site. This site will enable the Human Resources staff to serve you better and make services more readily available. Calhoun County currently employs approximately 580 employees within 21 departments at various locations throughout the county. The Human Resources Department provides support to these employees and departments through benefit and leave management, recruitment and employment administration, workforce and organizational development, and employee & labor relations. The Human Resources Department administers nine collective bargaining agreements, as well as the policies and procedures for eight non-represented groups.
The Human Resources Department works with employees, department heads, labor organizations and the public to create a diverse, effective work force. Calhoun County is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
