Adult Day Care Services:   Adult day care provides activities, social supports and medical monitoring for a senior outside  the home. Low-income seniors are the service priority.  Provided by: Marian E. Burch Adult Day Care Center (269) 962-1750
Chore ServicesProvides chore services to homebound senior residents, to attain better health, safety and ability to live independently in their own homes.  Provided by: Senior Services of SWMi (866) 200-8877
Community Care OptionsProvides in-home assessment and arranges for services to keep a senior secure in his/her home.  Provided by: CareWell Services SW (Area Agency on Aging) (269) 966-2450 or (269) 441-0973  
Dental Exams & ServicesDentures, extractions, fillings and other dental services are available to lower income seniors with no dental insurance coverage.  Provided by:  Fountain Clinic - (269) 781-0952
Guardianship Services: Serves as a probate court appointed "guardian" or "conservator" to elderly people who need assistance managing their personal and financial affairs. Provided by: Guardian Finance and Advocacy Services  (866) 963-3253 or (269) 788-1678
Hearing and Vision Services: Provides hearing screenings, hearing aids, eye exams and glasses to help seniors increase their mobility and independence. Provided by: Calhoun County Health Department (269) 969-6377

Home Heating AssistanceAssistance for home heating of any kind to support independent living at home. Provided by: Community Action (269) 965-7766 or (877) 422-2726
Legal Advice and Representation: Answer legal questions for seniors and offer attorney assistance when needed.  Provided by: Legal Services of South Central Michigan (269) 965-3951 or (800) 688-3951

MEALS - Nutrition: Home Delivered Meals are available to homebound seniors and Senior Dining Sites available through though out the County. Provided by: Senior Service of SWMi (866) 200-8877 (X350 to cancel a meal.)

Minor Home Repair: Provides home repairs for senior home safety and independence. Provided by: Community Action Agency (269) 965-7766
Money Management Assistance: Offers complete review of a person’s current financial situation and helps to develop a plan of action to address important needs. This service is available to low-income seniors. Provided by: Guardian Finance and Advocacy Services (269) 788-1693, ext. 425, or (866) 963-3253
Personal Emergency Response Systems: Secure help for homebound. Call for eligibility screening (a.k.a. 'Lifeline')  Provided by: CareWell Services SW (Area Agency on Aging) (269) 966-2450 or (269) 441-0973

Prescription Assistance: A variety of services addressing senior prescription needs are funded. One-on-one counseling to help determine best long-term prescription and health care alternatives for individuals based on their personal situation.  Provided by: Fountain Clinic in Marshall (269) 781-0952
