INFORMATION SERVICES

Hearing and Vision Services: Provides hearing screenings, hearing aids, eye exams and glasses to help seniors increase their mobility and independence. Provided by: Calhoun County Health Department (269) 969-6377   www.calhouncountymi.gov

MEALS - Nutrition: Home Delivered Meals are available to homebound seniors and Senior Dining Sites available through though out the County. Provided by: Senior Service of SWMi (866) 200-8877 (X350 to cancel a meal.)  www.seniorservices1.org

Minor Home Repair: Provides home repairs for senior home safety and independence. Provided by: Community Action Agency (269) 965-7766   www.caascm.org
 
Money Management Assistance: Offers complete review of a person’s current financial situation and helps to develop a plan of action to address important needs. Prescription Assistance: A variety of services addressing senior prescription needs are funded. Transportation
: County-wide service to seniors. Rides provided Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 24-hour notice is required to arrange a ride. More notice may be needed to accommodate request.
