This auction is being held in compliance with the General Property Tax Act, more specifically MCL 211.78m, all applicable court decisions and these Rules and Regulations. In 1999, a law was passed that eliminated the annual tax lien sale and replaced it with an annual land sale where the property is awarded to the highest bidder.

 

The property is sold "as is" and "where is" with no warranties either expressed or implied.
