ADA Coordinator Information

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Calhoun County Courts seek to ensure that qualified individuals with disabilities have equal and full access to the judicial system through the implementation of a joint local administrative order.

If you have a disability and require special accommodations to participate in court events, please complete the Request for Reasonable Accommodations and Response and return it to the ADA Coordinator listed below. Please return it as early as possible to allow the coordinator to review it and make accommodations. Requests will be accepted via mail and email. The form can also be delivered to any clerk's office at the Calhoun County Courts. If you cannot access the form or have questions about accommodations, please contact the ADA Coordinator.

If you have made a request and your request has been denied in whole or in part, you may request a further review by completing the Review of Request for Accommodations by Persons With Disabilities

If a person alleges that the court’s ADA procedures or practices, outside of specific requests for accommodation, result in discrimination on the basis of disability as to the provision of services, activities, or programs of the court, the person may file a grievance, following the Grievance Policy, outlined in the Local Administrative Order.
