The case list is uploaded daily for the next day’s cases. Please check the website or call 269-969-6947 to confirm whether your case is going to be heard that day or not.  If your case is not listed then it will not be going and you will be notified of a new date and time.  If the case is listed then you are expected to appear that day.  Thank you.
