Job SummaryUnder the direction of the Community Public Health Director, supervises and participates in the development, organization, and implementation of the various maternal child programs including Nurse-Family Partnership® (NFP) program and Fetal and Infant Mortality Review (FIMR). Develops, conducts, and evaluates programs including directing professional and support staff who provide services and program-related community outreach to improve the community’s health. Starting Wage$27.30
Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree required in Nursing or related field, Master’s degree preferred. Must be a Registered Nurse licensed to practice in Michigan. One to three years of program management, preferably in Nurse-Family Partnership, maternal or child health, public health, home visiting or comparable combination of experience, education, and training; including supervisory experience with skills necessary to effectively manage the daily operations and administration of programs.
